A legendary story because it was never completed, Shada would have not only closed out Season 17, but would have also drawn to a conclusion an era that featured Graham Williams as producer and Douglas Adams as script editor. But it's canon, according to the BBC, so we're reviewing it here, based mostly on the 1992 VHS release. Enjoy! 1966's The Celestial Toymaker seems to split fandom down the middle.
