  • I love 'The Space Museum'! The concept is great and I quite like this Tardis team too. However p-robably the main reason I like it is because it was the first ever full classic serial that I watched!

  • Add me to the list of fans who likes The Space Museum. Is it the best story of the era? No. Do I still enjoy it? Yes The scenes mentioned by Josh are among my favorites of the Hartnell era.

  • One of single best first episodes in the history of the show. 2-4 aren't quite as good, but its well worth watching. Plus Vicki was one of the few characters in a science fiction show of the time who reprogrammed a computer without causing it to blow up. Not even Zoe managed that.

  • I like the Space Museum! I think, as with the Gunfighters, no one is quite prepared to accept it as a comedy. But it has a great set up in the first episode, with multi-dimensional time and a creepy atmosphere, then it pays off with a droll parody of the show itself. It's "What if the Doctor landed... in Doctor Who?" Brilliant stuff.
